The Southeastern Ibex or Sierra Nevada Ibex is one of the most abundant subspecies. Its horns form a circle, with the tips growing toward the neck, similar to those of a mouflon, and its body is smaller than that of the Gredos and Beceite Ibex.
The nearest airport is Granada, located 1 hour by car from the hunting area.
In our hunting area, we offer high-quality rural accommodations as well as 4 and 5-star hotels.
The local cuisine is one of the best in Spain, featuring authentic Andalusian cuisine, with succulent dishes rich in unique ingredients, as well as the famous tapas and exquisite "jamón ibérico".
The geography of Sierra Nevada consists of a mountainous massif located on the southern coast of Spain, mostly within the province of Granada. It offers over 30,000 hectares of private hunting areas, some very close to the coast, allowing breathtaking views of the sea.
The best time to hunt an adult wild male is during the rut, when old males leave their dens to fight other males and attract as many females as possible. This is when we will have the greatest chances of hunting a large and impressive specimen.
